Benefits & Uses for Stress Relief

Tapping is a simple acupressure technique used to relieve stress. When we are under stress, our body’s natural energy flow gets disrupted. By applying light pressure to acupressure points, you restore the natural energy flow and feel better as a result. Plus HAT heart assisted therapy-It’s another acupressure technique. It’s similar to tapping, but instead you place your hands over your heart & incorporate deep breathing. Come learn these easy, effective methods to alleviate the overwhelming moments of mom life.
