This is a prenatal class. Learn about breastfeeding from the one’s who know the best – simple, common sense approach to nursing that will surely make you feel at ease and look forward to the experience with confidence. All you need to know is covered in one night :)

This 1 hr class will focus on the aspect of working on the body & breath, preparing you to face your new life as a mom and creating healthy habits of movement.
Patricia will teach you how to recover from post-labor fatigue and stress. Also support and free the upper back and neck to support breastfeeding. Help tone your abdominal organs building energy again in a way that is sustainable.

Our goal is to demystifying when and how to begin feeding your baby food, as well as helpful hints and guidelines for an easy start regarding this new way of feeding. Topics include: readiness (when to start), Baby-Led Weaning method as well as food preparation and storage. Demo & video -Bring your appetite! Great class to take just before your baby is 6 months! Husband and/or caregivers are encouraged & welcome :)

One of our most popular classes teaches one of the most pleasant methods to promote bonding and relaxation, not to mentions relief of fussiness and better sleep for your baby. Recommended for non-crawlers. Bring a blanket for your baby to lay on and Joanne will take care of the rest!

Babywearing:
Carrying Your Baby in a
sling, wrap or structured carrier
Babywearing has been practiced for centuries around the world. Truely a form of baby transport, babywearing can be enjoyed for as long as mutually desired, often until toddlerhood and beyond .[1] As with any acquired skill, babywearing can take some practise in the early days, but the benefits are soon, if not immediately recognised, It's enjoyable and practical. Bring your carrier or try ours out.

Tummy Time
Tune-Up
Tummy time is not an option for our sweet little babies, it is needed for optimal development. Tummy time can be confusing, hard, and easily avoided…. or wonderful, sweet, and rewarding for everyone involved.
Please consider visiting and getting a tune-up. By the time you leave you will be a confident tummy time parent and aware of the pitfalls and how to avoid them. There will be plenty of practice time and 1:1 problem solving for you and your baby. Bring a blanket and some favorite toys.
Taught by Joanne Petriello who is a pediatric occupational therapist with 21 years of experience working with little people and their families. Her greatest joy is watching babies and children be and feel successful.
