We offer personalized lactation consultations, infant feeding assessments, bodywork, therapeutic breast massage, and parenting support through both in-person and virtual appointments.
Our goal is simple: to help families feel confident, supported, and empowered from pregnancy through weaning.

That's the role I've been honored to fill for thousands of families over the past four decades. As an RN since 1980 and an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant since 1994, I've dedicated my career to helping parents navigate feeding challenges with knowledge, compassion, and individualized care.
