Let us nourish you mind, body & spirit!
Join us for a special mini-retreat just for you! By balancing and unwinding physically and emotionally, we can help you on so many levels. For instance, by easing ligament pain, low back pain, hip pain, regulate blood pressure and promote optimal fetal positioning. Thus instilling a state of stillness and a sense of open-heartedness ideal for bonding with your growing baby.
